Recipe – Honey Spiced Cookies

By  |

Friend something better than chocolate ice cream… Maybe friend somebody you give up last cookie for – The Cookie Monster

‘Tis the season to be jolly and bake and share cookies!
Chef Tomas and Kristyna Reger came up with an ingenious gift idea for our wedding anniversary last summer – a special cookie recipe in a jar with all the primary ingredients! That was really very thoughtful of them and ever so creative. The jar also came with a camel shaped cookie cutter which I know is not easy to find so more brownie (or cookie) points for that.

There are different variants of icing to choose from. I quite like the classic yet simple cookie icing with a hint of lemon juice added as recommended by Kristyna.
These cookies were a big hit at home and at work. I’m sure you’ll love them.

Merry Christmas! Have a magnificent one with your near and dear ones.

Comestible regards,
